Botan nabe, also known as shishi nabe, is a hot pot made with wild boar meat.Botan nabe from Hyogo Prefecture is said to be so delicious that it was selected as one of the top 100 local dishes by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.Botan nabe often uses red miso, but Ajinoten Sanda uses white miso for an elegant finish.This hot pot was created by the owner, who has a background in Kyoto cuisine.
